The Office of Priestly Vocations offers programs and events throughout the year aimed to promote priestly vocations within the Archdiocese of Detroit. These programs strive to increase awareness and help men gain a better understanding of the priesthood, seminary life and discernment. The Watchmen Regional Discernment Groups

Regional Discernment Groups are for men ages 16-55 who want to actively discern the call of the Lord in their lives. These groups meet bi-monthly for times of prayer, presentations on discernment, and fellowship with other like-minded men. These groups are facilitated by the Archdiocese’s Regional Vocation Promoters

Regional Vocation Gathering

Cultivating the Call is a night of prayer, testimony, and inspiration for those who work closest with our future vocations. Gather with others to receive the tools and inspiration needed to cultivate the call to the priesthood, religious and consecrated life. The night will include a light meal, praise and worship, and testimonies from seminarians, religious, and others.
